Dave Courteen is founding director of Mosaic, growing the business over the last 38 years from a one site, 3 staff operation into a multi-site contract management business operating health clubs and day spas, primarily in hotels, employing over 450 staff and with an annual turnover in excess of £10million. The business has its own Imagine Spa brand and over the last twelve years acquired three stand-alone, freehold health clubs and spas in the UK.
