BIOGRAPHY

Dr Paul Bedford has been working in the fitness industry for more than three decades. His research has reviewed data from 5.5 million customers, from 5,500+ clubs in 70 topic areas. He has presented more than 150 international presentations in 31 countries. Paul is known for his extensive work with operators including Gold's Gym International, Marriott Hotels Europe, and The Gym Group. His recent work with Hertfordshire Sports Village increased revenue by 35% in two years with a regular NPS score of 78+. He holds two master's degrees and a PhD focused on health club member retention.
